Add to the Dialogue Manager.

Saves and loads player's Dialogue System data. Requirements:

1. Set the scripting define symbol USURVIVAL_PIXELCRUSHERS.
2. Add code in 3 places to uSurvival's Database.cs. See the integration instructions for details.
