How to set length of each line before skipping.

Hi Tony,
So dialogue in my game is at various lengths. I know I can set the minimum seconds a line of dialogue should be in the subtitle settings in dialouge manager. How can I adjust the length of each individual line to match the length I need it to be? (Example: Line A is 10 seconds, But Line B is 4 seconds.) Thanks for the assist.
