Hello,

I am sorry a new issue again after another fixed.
The player's line did not showing now.
NPC and Reponse lines show as they are supposed to.



Blue line is skipped and I am lost again.
Would you please help where to make sure?

Make sure the PC Subtitle Panel is assigned to the dialogue UI's StandardDialogueUI component > Subtitle Panels list and Default PC Subtitle Panel field.

I am so sorry I am new in Unity and in English.

The player's line now shows up.
But the player's line is on NPC template, player's name is NPC name as well.


And the player's response shows up on subtitle but the next simple line is skipped.


Here my current setting.


Would you please guide where to check?

Hi,

As a test, can you temporarily assign the original Basic Standard Dialogue UI prefab to the Dialogue Manager's Display Settings > Dialogue UI field and check if the player's lines appear correctly? This will tell us whether the issue is with the dialogue UI or something else such as the dialogue database.
