I have a quest giver with 3 (or more) quests.
The second quest has an offer condition requiring the first quest to be successful, so does not show the first time I talk to the quest giver (as expected).
I accept quest 1 and go complete it.
When I hand in the first quest and click the back button to go back to the list of active & offered quests, the second quest does not appear (just quests 3+).
I can click the 3rd or 4th quest and decline, the second quest still does not appear.
If I accept the third quest then quest 2 does appear as expected.
If (instead) I close the dialogue and re-open then quest 2 does appear as expected.
