1. Add a country.
2. Add a template.
3. Change the wrong country code.
Q1. Is there a way to update a template that has already gone wrong in all conversations?
(All I know is that every conversation has to be fixed manually.)

Copying an existing database file and attaching a new one solved the problem.

If you do a delete conversation there, it will be deleted after unity takes about 3 minutes to load.
Checking and unchecking Fast Undo is the same.
